David R. Freeman, M.D.

Dr. David R. Freeman is a board-certified practitioner who is full-time at Metro Family Practice, Inc. and is a faculty member in the Forbes Family Practice Residency Program.  He has been in practice for eight years.

Dr. Freeman has a special interests in patient education, men's health and integrative medicine.
