Insurance, Fees and Billing

Health Plans
If you are a member of a prepaid health plan, please let us know and provide us with your health plan card for us to copy. You are expected to pay your required "co-payment" at the time of your visit. We will provide you with a receipt and we will handle the billing for the additional charges.

We ask that you be familiar with your health plan to avoid undue cost and inconvenience to you. Be aware of the covered benefits of your plan, such as, requirements for seeing a specialist, coverage for preventative health care services, etc.

Medicare
We will file all Medicare claims for our patients.

Fees and Billing
Our fees are comparable to those charged by other Family Physicians in the area. Please feel free to discuss our fees with our office manager or your physician.
