Office Hours/Appointments

The office is open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Evening Hours are available.

Late appointments: Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment may need to reschedule the appointment. Your physician will make this decision.

Walk-in Clients: The nurse will evaluate clients who walk in without a scheduled appointment and request to be seen. It will be determined at this time if the client needs to be seen that day or if a timely appointment needs to be scheduled.

No-show Clients: Clients who do not show for 3 scheduled appointments may be dismissed from the practice. Clients will be notified by mail and their insurance company will be notified.

Canceling appointments: If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. This courtesy allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who needs to see the doctor.
